With the recent release of Cyberpunk 2077, I was anxious to see how The Ascent would fare against a modern-day blockbuster game like that. Since its reveal back in May 2020, I’ve been waiting to finally get a chance to play this new cyberpunk IP developed by the small team at Neon Giant. Developed by Neon Giant and published by Curve Digital, The Ascent was released on July 29th, 2021 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. So jump into Infinite and get started on those collectibles waiting for you in The Tower. It’s a rewarding experience to know you unearthed every secret. There’s plenty to enjoy in the campaign portion of Halo Infinite. This includes searching the location of collectibles like the ones found in The Tower. Otherwise, you can fly there with a Banshee or Wasp. An upgraded grappling hook can get you there. This is the Skull collectible, and it’s on the top of The Tower. This way, you can upgrade your grappling hook if you haven’t already. In fact, you may want to progress in the game a bit more. Out of all the collectibles in The Tower in Halo Infinite, the location of the roof one is a bit tough to reach. There may or may not be enemies blocking your way here. From there, follow the curved path until you reach this Core. Take a right once you reach the top of the stairs. On the third floor is the second Spartan Core. The Tower Third Floor Collectible: Spartan Core Behind the first pillar is the collectible. You’ll come across pillars to your right after running through the red lighting the first time. Take a left, and then continue going around the bend. As you face the Gravity Lift, turn left and head to the cliffs. Last on the ground floor is the Mjolnir Armory. If you can’t find it, the container is under the righthand control terminal. There’s a UNSC container that has the Core. While facing the lift, look to the structure at the right. ![]() This makes the collectible in The Tower easier to get to. Once the area is clear, the lift will activate. The first Spartan Core is near the Gravity Lift. Once you go through the main front gate, head right to see some storage containers. The Banished Audio Log is in the courtyard. The ground floor features three collectibles. You can find their locations on the ground floor, second floor, third floor, and roof. In The Tower, you can find six collectibles. Last up are Skulls, and they give gameplay cheats/modifications. There are also Audio Logslabeled Banished, Spartan, or UNSC. Meanwhile, the Spartan Cores give suit upgrades in single-player. Armor Lockers offer armor customization for multiplayer.
